“BOOK CLUB”.  I’ve been told that’s my writing style. I’m okay with that. I’ll just continue to write the stories I enjoy, and publishers can classify them any way they want.
These samples are quite diverse. A Shard of Truth began as a journaling exercise to rid me of caregiver burnout, and instead became a novel loosely chronicling the life of my mother-in-law, who struggled mightily with her personal demons. The Clash was written with a partner, and is based upon the sometimes frightening experiences of dealing with Dissociative Identity Disorder (multiple personalities). And Cosmo Sam is the one that got away – the client passed away unexpectedly before we could get very far into his story.
